Process

The Maraia Method® is continuously being refined every month based on the experiences of our clients and coaches in the field.  That means you acquire skills rapidly while working with us.  Our coaches continuously improve as part of the Maraia Team.   No other training and coaching firm uses the Maraia Method® for developing skills and creating culture change. In fact, we know of no comparable process for skills development and improvement found in the industry.  

The Maraia Coaching Manual

The process is more fully set forth in The Maraia Coaching Manual which is a 32 page proprietary manual that is issued to all Maraia coaches.  It is continuously reinforced and refined through our monthly Coaches Development Forum and through informal conversations among members of the Maraia Team.  In addition, we employ a rigorous and proprietary peer review process unlike anything in the industry.
