Announcing Two New Programs for Lawyers Advanced Coaching for Lawyers Rainmakers' Roundtable Advanced Coaching for Lawyers The on-going advanced coaching program is a support program for attorneys who have already completed the Maraia training and the 60- day coaching program. It works best with someone who is already motivated and committed to developing their skills. The attorney and coach set up meetings in advance and work to help the attorney continue to integrate what has been learned and to continue to take action each day. There are a menu of options available in this program. They include: Monthly Program - the client schedules calls in advance minimum 3-month commitment, with monthly automatic renewals thereafter options for 1, 2, and 3 calls per month; each call is 40 - 45 minutes in duration includes limited e-mail support participants can increase or decrease the number of calls per month and the length of the calls per month on a quarterly basis Price: 1 call/month = $500/month [or $1,500 total for initial 3-month commitment] 2 calls/month = $900/month [or $2,700 total for initial 3-month commitment] 3 calls/month = $1,200/month [or $3,600 total for initial 3-month commitment] These programs can be ordered by individual attorneys or by a group of attorneys within a firm. Rainmakers' Roundtable Rainmakers' Roundtable is a new program for the top third of the rainmakers in your firm.
