Cindy brings a multitude of tools, processes, and resources to her work with clients. She knows how to get the best results from clients given their distinct personalities and needs. The hallmark of her work is her flexible approach which keeps her from giving cookie cutter solutions to complex situations. She has spoken to law firms, bar associations, other types of legal associations, and corporations across the country on a variety of topics. Her engaging style keeps audience members involved and active. As with her coaching, she knows how to read the room to get the best results for each particular audience. Cindy worked as a senior law school administrator for 13 years - as Director of Career Counseling and Placement at Northwestern Law, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Illinois College of Law, Assistant Dean for Admissions and Financial Aid at Duke Law, and Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Denver College of Law. At three of those law schools, she served on strategic planning committees and was directly responsible for marketing activities. She also chaired the committee that created a five-year strategic plan for NALP (The Association for Legal Career Professionals). Since 2003, Cindy has been a licensed facilitator for the Get Clients Now!TM marketing program. Through this program, she has helped attorneys and other service professionals create strategic marketing plans and follow through to achieve their marketing goals. A natural leader, Cindy is past president of the Denver Coach Federation, which was selected as the #1 chapter in the world by the International Coach Federation during her tenure, past president of NALP, and current president of the Colorado Authors' League. Cindy received her law degree from Northwestern University and her BA degree magna cum laude from Carroll College. She received her coaches training from the Coaches Training Institute, one of the world's leading coach training organizations, and the first accredited by the International Coach Federation, and her advanced coaches training from the Anthony Robbins Company. Cindy lives in Colorado, and on the weekends, you can often find her in the mountains skiing with her nieces and nephews or hiking with her dog, Misty, a 10-year old Weimaraner. She loves to travel and had visited all 50 states before she was 30 years old.
