Lili Strachan, Client Advocate. Lili joined the team of Maraia & Associates in February of 2010 as Client Advocate.   Lili is responsible for day to day support services .  She has executive assistant, client liaison and operational duties.  She ensures that the wonderful and experienced team of coaches at Maraia & Associates are able to focus 100% of their attention on the clients by ensuring that each program and coaching session runs smoothly and that both coach and client are prepared.

Lili previously spent 8 years working as a Management Consultant at Accenture.  It is during this time that she developed and honed her project management skills working with clients across many industries.  She is accustomed to a multi-faceted environment and enjoys working with people from varying backgrounds.  Working for Maraia & Associates has given Lili the opportunity to partake in an environment where professionalism, organization, individualism and knowledge are valued.

Lili has three young sons and a Scottish husband that keep her busy when she is not working for Maraia & Associates.  She loves to travel and ski.  As a recent transplant to Colorado, the mountains still mesmerize her!  Lili hopes that you will find your experience working with Maraia & Associates as enjoyable as she has.
