The content for both of Mark's books emerged from repeated field testing with hundreds of clients in hot pursuit of real opportunities.  It was then refined countless times by thousands of professionals intensely focused on growing their practice one relationship at a time. This allowed us to discover what really works.  It also made the ideas 10 to 20 times more practical than anything professionals had seen before.  It was only after thirteen years of slow, painstaking gathering of data and experience that he wrote about what worked in his first book, Rainmaking Made Simple.  Using the same process he followed that up with Relationships Are Everything! in 2009.

5. Maraia Method® - Mark has authored a proprietary 32 page coaching manual based on his relationship philosophy and coaching process.   

Mark is an award winning author of dozens of articles that have been published in Harvard Business Review Online, The Canadian Lawyer Magazine, the ABA Law Practice Management Magazine as well as other leading global publications.

Mark's writing style is very similar to his speaking and coaching style: pithy, succinct and practical.  His skill as a writer was forged from the challenge of writing for an audience [lawyers] who have a short attention span and zero tolerance for the impractical and theoretical.  He realized that  his articles and books had to be packed with value if he hoped to have anyone reading them.
