Cindy Rold believes in the power of transformational coaching.  Transformational coaching takes clients beyond the issue they are dealing with and helps them transform their relationship with themselves, their clients, and everyone else in their world.

Cindy has honed her coaching skills and her ability to help clients transform their lives through working as a coach with the Anthony Robbins Company since 2002.  She is one of only a dozen Platinum Partner coaches with the company worldwide.  Cindy has worked with attorneys from New York to San Francisco and with C-level executives from the United States to Asia. These successful and motivated clients hire Cindy to get even better results faster.

Cindy brings a multitude of tools, processes, and resources to her work with clients. She knows how to get the best results from clients given their distinct personalities and needs. The hallmark of her work is her flexible approach which keeps her from giving cookie cutter solutions to complex situations.

Since 2003, Cindy has been a licensed facilitator for the Get Clients Now!TM marketing program. Through this program, she has helped attorneys and other service professionals create strategic marketing plans, follow through to achieve their marketing goals, and adopt a new mindset with respect to their marketing activities.

Cindy is the author of two books, including 99 Networking Nuggets, a guide to help people become better networkers. She also publishes a monthly networking newsletter.

She has spoken to law firms, bar associations, other legal associations, and corporations across the country on a variety of topics. Her engaging style keeps audience members involved and active. As with her coaching, she knows how to read the room to get the best results for each particular audience.

A natural leader, Cindy is past president of the Denver Coach Federation, which was selected as the #1 chapter in the world by the International Coach Federation during her tenure, past president of NALP (The Association for Legal Career Professionals), and past president of the Colorado Authors' League.

Prior to becoming a coach, Cindy worked as a senior law school administrator for 13 years, where her focus was on helping students make better decisions about their lives, a focus she continues in her coaching today.

Cindy received her law degree from Northwestern University and her BA degree magna cum laude from Carroll College. She received her coaches training from the Coaches Training Institute, one of the world's leading coach training organizations, and her advanced coaches training from the Anthony Robbins Company.

Cindy lives in Colorado, and on the weekends, you can often find her in the mountains skiing or hiking. She loves to travel and had visited all 50 states before she was 30 years old. She has also traveled extensively overseas, including six months in Australia, and time in New Zealand, Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and South America.

PERSONAL STATEMENT:

I coach to help clients achieve those “aha” moments that may seem minor in the moment but that lead to a long-term transformation of their lives.

FAVORITE TESTIMONIALS:

“I had the opportunity to work with Cindy every week for 6 months. She helped me create a matrix of systematic steps to employ in my business development efforts. She kept me accountable to the process and assisted me with direction and new ideas to approach prospective clients. She was instrumental in helping me maintain a consistent business development mindset which resulted in several successful contacts and the identification of numerous opportunities. She was also a joy to work with. I looked forward to our weekly calls."  - Steven P. Watten, Partner at Strasburger Attorneys at Law.

"The initial information session was very helpful, as it got me to start thinking about marketing in a different way, and realize that I could market and network on my own terms and didn't have to follow a specific formula.  I found the individual coaching extremely helpful, as my coach, Cindy Rold, offered suggestions and helped me to figure things out on my own, rather than just telling me how to do things.  By seeking my input on what marketing and networking initiatives would work for me, Cindy was able to help me plan and prepare more effectively for different activities and events.  I have had some increased success since starting the program, but more importantly, I have a better attitude towards networking and marketing, and greater confidence in my ability to reach out to others." - Heidi Meldrum, Parlee McLaws
