Free Kindle version of book by Ken Blanchard "Leading At A Higher Level"

Just downloaded today the Kindle version of a book by best selling author Ken Blanchard,  "Leading At A Higher Level."  Not sure how long the Kindle version will remain available on Amazon for free but I really liked what I’ve read so far.  For example, it says leaders shouldn’t only be focused on results. Instead they should be focused on doing things for a higher purpose.  I couldn't agree more whole heartedly!!  

Here is my take on that: We aren’t only in business to make money.  We are in business to grow and develop as people (personally, professionally and spiritually) and so are the people who work under us.  In my opinion, if we fail to grow and help others do the same (even though we make loads of money) then we still fail.
