Programs and Services
All training and coaching programs were developed based on real-life experiences of clients in the field. We do considerable preparation and customization before each workshop in getting to know our audience. These aren't programs cooked up in an ivory tower, instead they all emerged from market driven needs. Every program is continuously field-tested and revised which means if you haven't worked with us lately, you'll notice improvements and innovations in the same program. All of our workshops are three hours in length. Longer workshops are wasteful because no human being can assimilate that much information into changed behavior. The successful formula we've been using for two decades is less classroom and more coaching in order to lock in learning from real life experiences. Longer workshops aren't needed because of our one on one follow through using the Maraia Method®.
The essential tools for relationship building are presented in all our workshops. All our programs explain how to do something whether it's build your practice, lead a practice group or take your business to the next level. How those tools get applied by the individual is where the most value is created and why the coaching pursuant to The Maraia Method® is so critical.
